Eluora OÜ designs, markets, and sells cosmetic skincare and haircare products formulated using Estonian peat and other natural ingredients, sold directly to consumers and businesses via the Website.

3. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

Eluora OÜ's e-commerce activities do not require authorisation from a specific sectoral regulator. General consumer protection matters relating to the Website fall within the competence of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet).

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

As the operator of the Website, Eluora OÜ is responsible for its own content in accordance with general Estonian and EU law. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of all content at all times. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are governed separately by our Terms of Service.
